Federal Judicial Evaluations
The Chicago
Council of Lawyers has released its 2006 Evaluation of the Federal District
Judges in Chicago.
The Council's
federal judicial evaluations are motivated by a desire to improve the
quality of justice in Chicago by offering the candid views of federal
court practitioners to the judges themselves, and to the public officials
who will be making future judicial selections, as well as to the public.

Due to
ballot problems, official results from the judicial races have been
delayed. We will provide the results when they are available.

policy statement on the retirement of Justice McMorrow - Judge
Anne Burke to replace the retiring Justice Mary Ann G. McMorrow

5th, Justice Mary Ann G. McMorrow announced both that she is retiring
from the bench and that she and her colleagues had voted to replace
